15 Days product guarantee
Online purchase (except final sale products, accessories) made through voguetaps.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.
2.Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
3. Final sale products,accessories are not covered by warranty.
4. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
5. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
6.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
